This website is operated by Coverdale Barclay on behalf of Dulwich Prep & Senior (together “we”, “us”, “our”). We collect and use personal data in connection with engagement for the Mary Datchelor Playing Fields project.

How long we keep your data
For the life of the project and any subsequent planning process, then typically up to two years after a decision has been made about the planning application by the Local Planning Authority, unless we need to keep records for longer to comply with any legal obligations or manage complaints. Anonymised statistics may be kept for longer.

In relation to the management of your data, you can request: access, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where we rely on consent (e.g., email updates) you may withdraw it at any time.
