Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 04 December 2025. Version: 1

Welcome to the Mary Datchelor Playing Fields consultation website (the “Website”). The Website is operated on behalf of Dulwich Prep & Senior, working in partnership with Kingsdale Academy, as part of the consultation and engagement process relating to proposed improvements to the Mary Datchelor Playing Fields.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) set out the rules governing your use of the Website. By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

1. Purpose of the Website

The Website is intended to:

a. Provide information on emerging proposals for the Mary Datchelor Playing Fields, including sports facilities, drainage, ecology and pavilion improvements, as set out in project briefing materials.
b. Support the wider engagement and consultation strategy for the project, including provision of updates, consultation materials and opportunities to provide feedback.
c. Offer a central point of contact for stakeholders, neighbours and other interested parties to access information and submit comments.

The Website does not constitute a marketing platform for commercial services, nor does it offer any binding commitments regarding the final form of the proposals.

2. Accuracy of Information

We aim to ensure that information on the Website is accurate, up to date and consistent with the engagement strategies and project documentation prepared for similar planning and engagement exercises.

However:

  • Information may change as proposals evolve through engagement with stakeholders and statutory consultees.

  • We do not guarantee that all content is free from error or omission.

  • Content is provided for general informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as a substitute for any formal planning application, technical report or statutory consultation material.

Where there is a discrepancy between the Website and formal planning documents submitted to the local planning authority, the latter shall take precedence.

3. User Responsibilities

By using the Website, you agree:

  1. Not to misuse the Website or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it, or to any server or system connected to it.

  2. Not to upload or transmit any harmful content, including viruses, malware, or any material that is defamatory, discriminatory, harassing, obscene or otherwise unlawful.

  3. To ensure that any feedback you provide is respectful, relevant to the consultation and does not infringe the rights of others.

  4. Not to impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to remove or disregard any submissions that breach these requirements.

4. Submission of Feedback

The Website may provide forms or contact details enabling you to submit comments, questions or consultation responses.

By submitting feedback, you acknowledge and agree that:

  1. Your submissions may be used to inform the development of the proposals and any associated engagement or planning reports (for example, a Statement of Community Involvement), in line with standard engagement practice for planning-related projects.

  2. Your comments may be aggregated, anonymised and summarised for reporting purposes.

  3. You must not include personal data about other individuals without their explicit consent.

  4. You are responsible for ensuring that any information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

We do not undertake to publish or respond individually to all feedback received.
