Design Options

We are considering two options for the pavilion’s location, taking into account the context of the area, impact on nearby residential properties, parking and access, and ecology.

Pavilion Option 1

Pavilion redesigned in the current location

A similar single storey building would allow for the reuse of existing services such as electricity, water and drainage.

Pavilion Option 2

Pavilion relocated to the South West corner of the site.

This would limit visual impacts and allow for new and enhanced facilities via a two storey building.
